Wildcat Highlights

Our fall athletes have been busy! From big wins and personal bests to the launch of new developmental teams, there’s been a lot to celebrate across WMS Athletics this season!

WildCat Club

Great athletic programs take more than what school and county funding alone can provide. That’s where the Weddington Middle School Athletic Booster Club (WMS ABC) and our Wildcat community come in. Through Wildcat Club memberships, sponsorships, donations, and fundraising, WMS ABC helps provide additional resources that directly support Weddington Middle School Athletics and our student-athletes.

MORE THAN A MEMBERSHIP

Joining the Wildcat Club is an opportunity to invest in the entire WMS Athletics community.

Your support isn't tied to just one sport, one athlete, or one season. It helps WMS ABC continue providing resources and improvements that benefit Wildcats across our athletic programs.

Wildcat Club membership is completely optional, but every family, community member, and supporter who joins helps us do more for our student-athletes.

Click here to join the Wildcat Club for the 2026-27 school year.

Support WMS Athletics while enjoying exclusive Wildcat gear available with select membership levels.

📅 2027 UCPS Dead Weeks — Mark your summer calendars now!

Dead Weeks are July 5–11 and July 19–25, 2027. No team activities will be held during these weeks.

Save these dates now so you're ready for the seasons ahead! 💚💙

Show Your Wildcat Spirit! 💚💙

Looking for WMS spirit wear? The ABC works with several vendors throughout the year to offer a variety of Wildcat gear for students, parents, and families!

Our Party Designs 4 You store is open year-round, while Sports to You opens at select times throughout the school year. Individual teams may also have opportunities to order sport-specific items through Johnson-Lambe during their season.

🚗 Don’t forget the car! WMS sports decals are available for purchase anytime at WMSABC.com.

All orders are conveniently sent home with students. We try to offer a variety of styles and options so there’s something for every Wildcat!

Please remember: Not all spirit wear is approved as part of the WMS school-day dress code. Students are responsible for making sure items worn to school meet WMS uniform requirements.

Never Miss a Wildcat Game!

The WMS ABC Athletics Calendar is now loaded with this season's schedules for all Weddington Middle School sports!

Whether you're following one team or cheering on every Wildcat, you can subscribe to individual sport calendars—or all of them—and have games, meets, and events automatically appear on your personal calendar. Best of all, any schedule changes will update automatically.

How to Subscribe in Membership Toolkit

  1. Log in to WMSABC.com.
  2. Click Calendar from the main menu.
  3. Select the sport(s) you'd like to follow.
  4. Click Subscribe.
  5. Choose your preferred calendar (Apple, Google, Outlook, or another compatible calendar).
  6. Accept the subscription, and you're all set!

Now you'll always know where to go to support our Wildcats all season long!

Go Wildcats! 🐾

Please Note: While the WMS ABC Calendar is updated regularly, schedule changes due to weather, transportation, or other unforeseen circumstances can happen. Always check your team's SportsYou group for the most up-to-date game times, locations, and last-minute changes.
